桉木-PLA复合线材制备与FDM-3D打印应用 被引量:3

Preparation of eucalyptus-polylactic acid composite wire and application of fused deposition method 3D printing

摘要 为拓展桉木的高值清洁利用领域、丰富熔融沉积法(FDM)3D打印耗材,桉木粉末进行碱处理后,引入马来酸酐接枝(POE)相容剂,再与聚乳酸(PLA)复合,制备出桉木-PLA复合线材;基于响应面试验设计与分析方法,优化桉木-PLA复合线材的制备工艺参数;对桉木-PLA复合线材进行测试与表征;优化FDM-3D打印的工作参数,并制作了产品。结果表明:当桉木粉末的质量分数为15.6%、 POE相容剂的质量分数为5.1%、挤出成形温度为170℃时,制备出的桉木-PLA复合线材的热稳定性好、强度高、韧性好;针对直径为1.75 mm的桉木-PLA复合线材,当打印温度为210℃、填充率为60%、层高为0.3 mm、打印速度为30 mm/s时,FDM-3D打印作品的静曲强度、冲击韧性、肖氏硬度以及表面粗糙度最佳,可满足家居及办公摆件、工业品辅助件的要求。 After eucalyptus powder was alkali-treated,maleic anhydride graft(POE)compatibilizer is introduced and polylactic acid(PLA)was combined,eucalyptus-PLA composite wire was prepared in order to expand the field of high-value clean use of eucalyptus and enrich the fused deposition method(FDM)3 D printing consumables.Based on the response surface test design and analysis method,the preparation process parameters of eucalyptus-PLA composite wire were optimized.The eucalyptus-PLA composite wire was tested and characterized.Working parameters of FDM-3 D printing were optimizedand the product was produced.The results show that when the mass fraction of eucalyptus powder is 15.6%,the mass fraction of compatibilizer POE is 5.1%and the extrusion temperature is 170℃,the prepared eucalyptus-PLA composite wire has good thermal stability and high strength,good toughness.For the eucalyptus-PLA composite wire with a specification of 1.75 mm,when the printing temperature is 210℃,the filling rate is 60%,the layer height is 0.3 mm and the printing speed is 30 mm/s,the static bending strength,impact toughness,shore hardness and surface roughness of FDM-3 D printing works are the best,which can meet the requirements of household,office decorations and industrial accessories.
