摘要
甲午战败进一步暴露了科举制的弊端,为学习外国先进的教育制度和思想,部分官绅纷纷赴日考察教育。经过对传统教育深刻的反思,清末赴日考察官绅一致主张建立近代学制体系,并强调教育内容需要“中西调合”、“古今融合”;但由于个人思想的差异,在中西、新旧教育观念的碰撞下,他们对学制宗旨的看法也不尽相同,甚至把十分不协调的学制宗旨杂糅在一起。
The underlying problems of the traditional education was exposed after Sino-Japanese War.To learn foreign advanced educational system and thought,One group officials and gentry visited education in Japan.After profound reflections on traditional education,Officials and gentry observing in Japan advocate the establishment of the modern schooling system.But due to personal differences,their views are not the same.
