成人纸尿裤使用性能研究

Study on the performance of adult diapers

为研究主流成人纸尿裤的使用性能及舒适性,选取国内市场上5种品牌的成人纸尿裤进行拆解,得出各层结构的基本信息,对各品牌纸尿裤进行了吸液倍率、下渗时间、扩散长度和回渗量的测试,同时对其进行真人试穿主观评价试验。结果表明:纸尿裤的吸液倍率与吸收芯层中SAP的质量分数呈正相关关系;纸尿裤的液体下渗时间、表面和背面扩散长度比值及回渗量均随人工尿液渗透次数的增加而增大;导流层采用热风非织造材料可提高纸尿裤的导流性能和抗回渗性;纸尿裤的舒适度主要取决于其扩散性及回渗量这两个性能指标。

In order to study the performance and comfort of mainstream adult diapers,five brands of adult diapers in the domestic market were selected and disassembled to obtain the basic structure information of each layer. The diaper samples were tested for water-absorption rate,liquid infiltration time after liquid penetration,diffused length of penetration and rewet after liquid penetration and the evaluation of real people fitting test. The results showed that the diaper’s water-absorption rate was positively related to the SAP mass fraction in the absorbent core layer;the diaper’s liquid infiltration time,surface and back diffused length ratio,and the rewet all had a positive correlation with the number of penetrations of synthetic urine;hot air nonwoven material with a diversion layer could improve the diversion performance and anti-reverse performance. The comfort of diaper depended mainly on the indicators of diffusion and permeation.
