摘要
大量研究表明,在动物日粮中添加酵母培养物可以提高日采食量、稳定瘤胃内环境、调节免疫反应、减少分娩应激反应、降低CH4排放量及舍内有害气体生成量。这类产品中存在的大量活性物质在提高动物生产性能方面发挥了重要的作用。文章首先简要论述了酵母培养物的发现、研究进展,及其与其他类酵母制剂产品的区别,在此基础上,详细介绍了酵母培养物的营养生理作用与机制,旨在为广大奶牛养殖者及相关行业提供一些借鉴,最大限度地获取养殖效益。
A large number of studies have shown that adding yeast culture to animal diets plays a positive role in increasing daily food intake,stabilizing rumen environment,adjusting immune response,reducing delivery stress reaction,reducing CH_(4) emission and harmful gas production in the house.These products are quite effective in improving animal production performance.The discovery and research progress of yeast culture and its differences from other yeast preparation products were discussed,and the nutritional and physiological role and action mechanism of yeast culture were introduced,aiming to provide some references for dairy farmers and related industries and getting the maximum breeding benefits.
