Yes相关蛋白1在胃癌组织中的表达及与患者临床特征和预后的关系

Expression of Yes-associated protein 1 in gastric cancer tissues and its relationship with the clinical characteristics and prognosis of patients

目的探讨Yes相关蛋白1(YAP1)在胃癌组织中的表达及与患者临床特征和预后的关系。方法选取104例胃癌患者,均接受手术治疗,取胃癌组织和相应的癌旁组织,采用免疫组化法检测YAP1的表达情况,分析YAP1的表达与患者临床特征及预后的关系。YAP1与胃癌患者临床特征的相关性采用Spearman相关分析。结果胃癌组织中YAP1蛋白的阳性表达率为68.27%,明显高于癌旁组织的13.46%(P﹤0.01)。不同浸润深度、分化程度、TNM分期和淋巴结转移情况胃癌患者胃癌组织中YAP1蛋白阳性表达率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,浸润深度为T_(3~4)、分化程度为低分化和未分化、有淋巴结转移、TNM分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期均是胃癌患者胃癌组织中YAP1蛋白表达的独立危险因素(P﹤0.05)。Spearman相关分析结果显示,YAP1阳性表达与胃癌患者浸润深度、分化程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期均呈正相关(P﹤0.05)。随访6个月,104例胃癌患者病死9例,病死率为8.65%,其中YAP1阳性表达患者的病死率为9.86%,与YAP1阴性表达患者的6.06%比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论胃癌组织中YAP1的阳性表达率高于癌旁组织,且其表达与胃癌患者TNM分期、分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关,可能成为临床治疗胃癌的新靶点。

Objective To explore the expression of Yes-related protein 1(YAP1)in gastric cancer and its relationship with the clinical characteristics and prognosis of patients.Method A total of 104 patients with gastric cancer were selected and all received surgical treatment.Take gastric cancer tissue and corresponding adjacent tissues,use immunohisto-chemistry to detect the expression of YAP1,analyze the relationship between the expression of YAP1 and the clinical characteristics and prognosis of patients.Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between YAP1 and the clinical characteristics of gastric cancer patients.Result The positive expression rate of YAP1 protein in gastric cancer tissue was 68.27%,which was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues of 13.46%(P<0.01).Com-parison of the positive expression rate of YAP1 protein in gastric cancer tissues of patients with gastric cancer with different depth of invasion,degree of differentiation,TNM staging and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the depth of invasion is T_(3-4),the degree of differentiation is poorly differentiated and un-differentiated,lymph node metastasis,TNM stage was III-IV were independent factors influencing the expression of YAP1 protein in gastric cancer tissues of gastric cancer patients(P<0.01).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the positive expression of YAP1 was positively correlated with the depth of invasion,degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis,and TNM staging in patients with gastric cancer(P<0.05).Follow-up for 6 months,104 patients with gastric cancer died of 9 cases,the case fatality rate was 8.65%,of which the case fatality rate of YAP1 positive expression patients was 9.86%,compared with 6.06%of YAP1 negative expression patients,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The positive expression rate of YAP1 in gastric cancer tissue is higher than that in adjacent tissues,and its expression is related to TNM stage,degree of differentiation,depth of invasion,and lymph node metastasis in patients with gastric cancer.It may become a new target for clinical treatment of gastric cancer.
