摘要
本研究以陕西省为研究区,从耕地的生产功能、社会功能和生态功能三个角度构建耕地多功能评价体系,对2010—2019年的耕地多功能水平进行评价,并对2010年、2014年、2019年的耕地多功能障碍因子进行诊断。研究结果表明:2010—2019年,陕西省耕地多功能水平呈"W"形变化;各功能间的差值逐年减小且趋于稳定协同发展;各地市间的生产功能、社会功能、生态功能均有稳步上升且差距缩小;影响陕西省各地耕地多功能的障碍因素主要集中在耕地生产功能相关因子方面,但各地区造成该结果的原因有所不同。研究结果揭示了2010—2019年陕西省耕地多功能的发展规律和障碍因素,对陕西省的耕地保护与利用具有一定的参考意义。
Taking Shaanxi Province as the research area,this paper constructs a multi-function evaluation system of cultivated land from three perspectives:the production function,social function and ecological function of cultivated land.By using this sytem,the paper evaluates the multi-function level of farmland from 2010 to 2019,and diagnoses the multifunction obstacle factors in 2010,2014,and 2019.The research finds that:from 2010 to 2019,the multi-function level of cultivated land in Shaanxi Province shows a "W"-shaped change;the difference between the functions decreases year by year and tends to stabilize and coordinate;the three functions of various cities all have steadily increased and the gap has narrowed;the obstacle factors are mainly those relevant to cultivated land production function,but the reasons vary in each region.The research results reveal the development rules and obstacles of the multi-function of cultivated land in Shaanxi Province,and have certain reference signifificance for the protection and utilization of cultivated land in Shaanxi Province.
