安徽省城市土地利用效率及其时空演进分析 被引量:4

Analysis of Urban Land Use Efficiency and its Temporal and Spatial Evolution in Anhui Province

摘要 为探究近年来安徽省各市土地利用效率及其时空演进规律,以安徽省16个地级市的城市土地为研究对象,基于安徽省2010—2019年面板数据,运用CCR模型和超效率DEA模型对安徽省城市土地利用效率进行测度,并利用Malmquist指数、非参数核密度估计等方法对其进行多尺度的动静态变化分析和时空演进分析。结果显示:安徽省2010—2019年城市土地利用效率均值为0.95,全要素生产率以年均0.7%的速度增长,城市土地利用效率水平整体较高,但各市差异明显。从空间分布看,城市土地利用效率处于高值区的城市数量在增多,低值区的城市数量在减少;皖南地区效率值高于全省、皖中及皖北地区,皖中地区呈波动式增长态势,皖北地区则恰好相反。从时间演进看,研究期内城市土地利用效率极化程度整体在减弱,区域城市间差距在缩小,效率值逐年增加且呈高值集聚。为提高安徽省城市土地利用效率,应在生产领域创新运用先进技术手段,采取科学管理模式,盘活存量土地,优化投入产出关系,加大监管力度,使城市土地利用朝着高质量的方向发展。 In order to explore the land use efficiency and cities’spatiotemporal evolution patterns in Anhui Province in recent years,this paper researches the urban land of 16 prefecture level cities in Anhui Province on the basis of panel data of Anhui Province from 2010 to 2019.In the research,CCR model and super efficiency DEA model is adopted to measure urban land use efficiency,and Malmquist index,nonparametric kernel density estimation to analyze its multi-scale dynamic change and spatiotemporal evolution.The results show that:the average urban land use efficiency of Anhui Province from 2010 to 2019 is 0.95,and the total factor productivity increases at an average annual rate of 0.7%.The overall level of urban land use efficiency is high,but the differences among cities are obvious.From the perspective of spatial distribution,the number of cities in high value area of urban land use efficiency is increasing,while the number of cities in low value area is decreasing.The efficiency value of Southern Anhui is always the highest.The development trend of central Anhui is fluctuating,while that of Northern Anhui is just the opposite.From the perspective of time evolution,the polarization degree of urban land use efficiency in the study period is weakening as a whole,the gap between cities is narrowing,and the efficiency value is increasing year by year.In order to improve the efficiency of urban land use in Anhui Province,the following measure should be taken:innovative and advanced technology in production,scientific management mode,revitalization of land storage,optimization of input-output relationship,and strengthened supervision.
