摘要
以某大面单层地下室工程为背景,根据地下室超长连续无缝混凝土结构施工的质量技术要求,通过合理的施工配合比设计、混凝土的浇筑、振捣与养护等施工方法,对补偿收缩混凝土的施工技术进行试验研究,并进行现场施工监测,结果表明:混凝土膨胀率,抗裂开性能和力学性能等都满足实际工程需要,超长不设缝混凝土结构开裂和渗水问题得到解决,为类似工程提供借鉴参考意义。
Taking a bedding face monolayer basement project as the background,and in the view of the continuous seamless super-long basement concrete structure construction quality technical requirements,through the construction of concrete mixture ratio design,pouring,vibrating and maintenance,such as the construction method,experimental study on compensation shrinkage concrete construction technology,and onsite construction monitoring,the results show that the expansion rate,crack resistance and mechanical properties of concrete all meet the needs of practical engineering,and the cracking and water seepage problems of super-long concrete structures without joints are solved,which provides reference for similar projects.
