悖论思维:“多合一”场所火灾防控新角度

Paradox Thinking:a New Angle of Fire Prevention and Control in “All-in-one” Places

"多合一"场所形态、结构和功能组合多样,由于经济发展阶段、消防安全管理模式、产业布局、人文习惯等不同,点多线长面广、屡治屡犯、失控漏管等现实问题层出不穷,其火灾防控处于复杂且存在多样性矛盾的状态中。研究"多合一"场所火灾防控问题,保护人民生命财产安全,成为消防学者和实践者关注的重要课题。采用悖论思维,结合"多合一"场所火灾防控的特点、难点,用协同理论等价值观,从思维层面、责任层面、本质层面提出破解"多合一"场所火灾防控悖论问题的初步构想,最大限度提高"多合一"场所消防安全。

"All-in-one" places have a variety of forms, structures and function combinations. With the differences in economic development stage, fire safety management mode, industrial layout, cultural habits, etc., practical problems such as multiple points, long lines, wide areas, repeated treatment of repeated offenders, loss of control and leakage of pipes, emerge one after another, and its fire prevention and control is in a state full of chaos, complexity and diversity contradictions. To study the fire prevention and control in "all-in-one" places and protect people’s lives and property safety have become an important topic for fire protection scholars and practitioners. This paper adopts paradox thinking, combines the characteristics and difficulties of fire prevention and control in "all-in-one" places, and uses cooperative theory to solve the paradox of fire prevention and control in "all-in-one" places, so as to maximize fire safety in "all-in-one" places.
