摘要
肠道菌群与胆汁酸代谢密切相关。胆汁酸参与维持胆汁酸池的稳定,可抑制肠道菌群的生长并改变其组成,也可以间接通过胆汁酸相关受体发挥抗菌作用。同样肠道菌群通过影响胆汁酸相关受体可改变胆汁酸的合成、代谢。胆汁酸-肠道菌群参与肠道疾病的发生发展。本文总结了胆汁酸及其相关受体与肠道菌群的关系,介绍胆汁酸-肠道菌群参与结直肠癌(CRC)、炎症性肠病(IBD)发生发展,为解决临床相关问题提供参考。
Intestinal microflora is closely related to bile acid metabolism. Intestinal flora is involved in maintaining the stability of bile acid pool, also can inhibit the growth of intestinal flora and change its composition, and it can also exert antibacterial effect indirectly through bile acid-related receptors. Similarly, intestinal flora can change the synthesis and metabolism of bile acid by affecting bile acid-related receptors. Bile acid-intestinal flora is involved in the occurrence and development of intestinal diseases. This paper summarized the relationship between bile acid and its related receptors and intestinal flora, and introduced the participation of bile acid-intestinal flora in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer(CRC) and inflammatory bowel disease(IBD), so as to provide reference for solving clinical related problems.
