摘要
目的探讨单点固定软质补片腹腔镜疝修补术(TEP)治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法选择2019年3月—2020年2月鄱阳县人民医院就诊的74名腹股沟疝患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组及试验组各37例,其中对照组应用TEP术,补片免固定;而试验组则在TEP术中使用单点固定软质补片。比较分析2组患者围术期相关指标、术后并发症发生情况以及复发率。结果试验组手术时间长于对照组,术中出血量和术后进食、卧床、排尿及住院时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后并发症发生率及复发率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单点固定软质补片操作简单,安全性高,可有效缩短股沟疝患者术后康复时间,降低其医疗负担,具有较高的临床推广价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic herniorrhaphy(TEP)with single-point fixed soft patch in the treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods Seventy-four patients with inguinal hernia who visited our hospital from March 2019 to February 2020 were selected.All patients were randomly selected and their basic data were recorded.They were divided into two groups by random number table:control group(n=37)and experimental group(n=37).The control group was treated with TEP without patch fixation,while the experimental group was treated with TEP with single-point fixation of soft patch.The perioperative related indicators,postoperative complications and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the experimental group was longer than that of the control group,and the amount of blood loss,postoperative eating,bed rest,urination and hospitalization time were less than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the postoperative complications and recurrence of the experimental group Te was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Single-point fixed soft patch is simple and safe.It can effectively shorten the postoperative rehabilitation time of patients with hernia,reduce their medical costs and medical burden.It has high exploration and application value.
