献血者丙氨酸转氨酶初筛检验在血站血液检测中的重要性探讨

目的探究在血站血液检测中采取献血者丙氨酸转氨酶初筛检验的重要性。方法选取泉州市中心血站2018年1月—2020年1月500名无偿献血者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各250名。对照组采取常规血液检验,研究组在常规血液检验同时进行丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)初筛检验。对比不同检验方式下ALT酶水平,对比2组血液报废率。结果研究组实验室检验合格者的ALT酶水平为(25.56±5.73)U/L,ALT初筛检验合格者的ALT酶水平为(25.14±5.82)U/L,无统计学差异(P>0.05);研究组血液报废率(7.6%)低于对照组(21.20%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液检测中采用ALT初筛检验能够有效降低血液报废率,提升血液安全性,是确保临床用血安全的重要环节。

Objective To explore the effect of donor alanine aminotransferase(ALT)screening test on blood test in blood bank.Methods 500 unpaid blood donors in our station from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.The blood donors were divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 250 in each group.The control group was given routine blood test,and the study group was given alanine aminotransferase(ALT)screening test at the same time.The levels of ALT in different test methods were compared,and the blood scrap rate of the two groups was compared.Results The ALT enzyme level of those who passed the laboratory test in the research group was(25.56±5.73)U/L,and the ALT enzyme level of those who passed the preliminary ALT screening test was(25.14±5.82)U/L,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);The blood scrap rate of the study group was 7.6%,which was lower than that of the control group(21.20%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion ALT screening test can effectively reduce the scrap rate of blood and improve the safety of blood.It is an important link to ensure the safety of clinical blood use.
