乡村振兴视域下农村基层党组织政治功能发挥路径研究

The Path of Rural Revitalization under the Perspective of China’s Rural Grassroots Party Organization of the Political Function Research

乡村要振兴,农村基层党组织起着关键性作用。本文通过梳理农村基层党组织建设的发展历程,分析基层党组织的政治建设实践逻辑,从加强基层组织自身建设的角度,提出“整合农村基层党组织的政治优势,在乡村振兴中切实维护群众的核心利益”“提升农村治理能力,锻炼基层党组织战斗力”“充分发挥党员先锋模范作用,廓清农村社会风气”等对策建议。

The rural grassroots party organizations play a key role during the rural revitalization.This paper sorts outits development process analyzes the practical logic of political construction of grassroots party organizations.From the perspective of strengthening the self-building of grassroots organizations,such countermeasures and suggestions are proposed as“integrate the political advantages of rural grassroots party organizations and effectively safeguard the core interests of the masses in rural revitalization”,“improve rural governance capabilitiesand exercise grassroots organizations”,and“give full play to the exemplary vanguard role of party members and clarify the social atmosphere in rural areas”.
