阜阳市引种香根草栽培试验初报 被引量:1

Preliminary Report on Cultivation Experiment of Introduced Vetiver in Fuyang City

摘要 香根草有着巨大的应用价值,阜阳市积极引种香根草。通过设计不同密度栽植香根草,并进行刈割处理,研究不同种植密度和刈割处理下香根草的株高、分蘖数、生物量等生长指标动态。结果发现低密度处理香根草株高最高、分蘖数最多、地上部和地下部的鲜重、干重最大,根冠比最小。高密度处理香根草试验结果则相反。刈割处理得出同样的结论。刈割能够改善香根草的通风透光条件,有利于香根草的生长,相应的试验数据比未刈割处理要高。通过Pearson相关性分析,香根草栽培密度与株高有着显著相关,香根草分蘖数与地上部、地下部鲜重显著相关,地上部鲜重与地下部鲜重显著相关。生产上要确定合理的种植密度,形成一定的群体数量,通过施肥、刈割等栽培管理促进香根草的生长,后期生长情况要定期进行观测。 Vetiver had great application value and had been actively introduced in Fuyang City.The dynamic growth indexes of the plant height,tiller number,biomass of vetiver were studied by designing different planting densities and cutting treatment.The results showed that vetiver under low density treatment had the highest plant height,the largest tiller number,the largest fresh weight and dry weight of above-ground and underground parts,and the smallest root-shoot ratio.The results were opposite for high density treatment.The same conclusion was reached with cutting treatment.Cutting could improve the ventilation and light transmission conditions of vetiver,which was beneficial to the growth of vetiver.The corresponding experimental data were higher than those without cutting.Through Pearson correlation analysis,the results showed that planting density was closely correlated with plant height,tiller number was significantly correlated with fresh weight of above-ground and underground,and fresh weight of above-ground was significantly correlated to that of underground.Reasonable planting density in practice should be determined to form a certain number of groups.The growth of vetiver could be promoted through fertilization,mowing and other cultivation management.The growth in later period should be regularly observed.
