介入式单微针射频技术治疗下睑皱纹伴眼袋的临床效果研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨介入式单微针射频技术(Interposition Mono-microneedling Radio Frequency Technology,IMRF)治疗下睑皱纹伴眼袋的疗效及安全性。方法对40名患者共80只眼睛行IMRF治疗,每4周1次,共进行3次。治疗前治疗后采用5点皱纹评估量表和TTRS分别评估下睑皱纹和眼袋,用美学改善量表评估治疗后改善程度,观察者评估满意度。结果所有患者的下睑皱纹以及眼袋均得到改善。皱纹的评分结果示,治疗后皱纹明显减少,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);眼袋程度分级结果显示,治疗后眼袋明显减轻,眼袋的量化改善具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察者和患者均表示治疗后下睑美学均明显改善,治疗后满意度为90%。结论IMRF可精准化治疗下睑皱纹伴眼袋,安全有效,可作为手术治疗替代选择。 Objective The aim was to explore the efficacy and safety of IMRF on treating the infra-orbital winkles and eye-bags.Method All the 80 eyes were marked preoperatively and each eye was received single procedure of IMRF for 3 sessions at 4 weeks interval.The Five-Point Wrinkle assessment scale (WAS) and Grading system of Lin MaoChang were applied to score the winkles and eye-bags of each lower eyelid before and after the procedure,and Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale(GAIS) to evaluate the improvement of infraorbital aesthetics.The satisfaction was assessed by the observer through face-to-face questionnaire.The clinical data was integrated and analyzed.Results All the infra-orbital winkles and eye-bags of patients had gotten improvement.The WAS score of winkles and eye-bags showed that all the winkles decreased post-op compared withe preop,reduce the protruding of orbital fat from septum significantly.The GAIS score of infraorbital aesthetics from observer and patients was high respectively with no significance.Patients with satisfaction accounted for 90%.Conclusion IMRF can process the infraorbital winkles and eye-bags precisely,and it could be an efficient and safe alternative for surgery in rejuvenating periorbital area.
