不同术式治疗女性外眦角鱼尾纹的美容效果比较

Comparison of cosmetic effect of different surgical methods in the treatment of female lateral canthus crow’s feet

目的分析眼轮匝肌部分切除联合眶隔脂肪瓣或眼轮匝肌瓣移植对女性外眦角鱼尾纹的美容效果。方法选取2018年4月至2020年6月到我院就诊的去除外眦角鱼尾纹的92例求美者为研究对象,根据手术方式将其分为观察组和对照组各46例。观察组采用眼轮匝肌部分切除联合眶隔脂肪瓣或眼轮匝肌瓣移植治疗;对照组采用传统术式治疗。比较两组的平均手术时间、术后拆线时间及术后疼痛状况;记录两组术后不良事件发生情况;比较两组术后12个月时的除皱疗效、上睑凹陷度及治疗满意度。结果观察组的平均手术时间、术后拆线时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组术后1d、3d及5d时的VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后12个月时的除皱疗效显著优于对照组(Z=2.236,P=0.026);术后12个月时,两组上睑凹陷改善情况比较无统计学意义(Z=1.542,P=0.124);术后12个月时,观察组求美者的满意度总评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论眼轮匝肌部分切除联合眶隔脂肪瓣或眼轮匝肌瓣移植治疗外眦角鱼尾纹除皱效果良好,且创伤恢复快,求美者满意度较高。

Objective To analyze the cosmetic effect of partial resection of orbicularis oculi muscle combined with septum orbitale fat flap or orbicularis oculi muscle flap transplantation on female lateral canthus crow’s feet.Methods 92 beauty seekers who removed lateral canthus crow’s feet in the hospital between April 2018 and June 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the surgical methods,the patients were divided into observation group and control group with 46 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with partial resection of orbicularis oculi muscle combined with septum orbitale fat flap or orbicularis oculi muscle flap transplantation,and the control group was treated with traditional surgical treatment.The average surgical time,postoperative suture removal time and postoperative pain status were compared between the two groups.The occurrence of postoperative adverse events were recorded in the two groups.The wrinkle removal efficacy,degree of upper eyelid depression and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared at 12 months after surgery.Results The average surgical time and postoperative suture removal time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in VAS scores at 1 d,3 d and 5 d after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).The efficacy of wrinkle removal in observation group at 12 months after surgery was significantly better than that in control group(Z=2.236,P=0.026).At 12 months after surgery,there was no statistical significance in the improvement of upper eyelid depression between the two groups(Z=1.542,P=0.124).The total satisfaction score of beauty seekers in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group at 12 months after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Partial resection of orbicularis oculi muscle combined with septum orbitale fat flap or orbicularis oculi muscle flap transplantation has a good effect,fast wound recovery and high patient satisfaction in treating lateral canthus crow’s feet.
