自体富血小板血浆在腋臭根治术后应用的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of autologous platelet-rich plasma after radical operation of underarm odor

目的探讨PRP在腋臭根治术后应用的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院在2020年10月至2021年5月期间诊治的125例腋臭患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分成两组,对照组53例,采用常规手术治疗,观察组72例,采用常规手术+PRP应用治疗,对比两组患者治疗的临床效果。结果观察组平均愈合时间为8.21±1.57d,并发症发生率为4.17%,明显低于对照组的平均愈合时间12.35±2.3d,并发症发生率16.98%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腋臭患者实施腋臭根治术并复合PRP注射治疗,效果显著,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of PRP after radical resection of underarm odor.Methods 125 cases of underarm odor patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from October 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group 53 cases were treated with conventional surgery,and the observation group 72 cases were treated with conventional surgery.+PRP application treatment to compare the clinical effects of the two groups of patients.Results The average healing time of the observation group was 8.21±1.57 days,and the complication rate was 4.17%,which was significantly lower than the control group’s average healing time of 12.35±2.3 days,and the complication rate was 16.98%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The radical resection of axillary odor combined with PRP injection for the treatment of patients with underarm odor is effective,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
