12例耳后不对等推进Z成形术修复隐耳畸形的临床分析

12 cases cryptotia correction with unequal triangle advanced Z-plasty clinical analysis

目的探讨耳后不对等推进Z成形术矫正隐耳的疗效。方法对我院2018-2021年12例(16只耳,12名患者,其中8名为单侧隐耳畸形患者,4名为双侧隐耳畸形,其中I型无埋藏型7只耳,II型埋藏型无明显粘连1只耳,II型埋藏型耳轮软骨与耳舟软骨粘连4只耳,II型埋藏型对耳轮粘连4只耳)隐耳畸形患者行耳后不对等推进Z成形术矫正隐耳畸形。结果所有患者术后观察3-24个月,手术效果稳定,本组16只患耳术后未出现皮瓣坏死、感染、颅耳角不理想等并发症。结论耳后不对等推进Z成形矫正隐耳手术方法简单,手术效果满意且稳定,术后瘢痕隐秘,是矫正隐耳的理想手术方法。

Objective To explore the curative effect of unequal triangle advanced Z-plasty with hairline incision subcutaneous dissection for correction of cryptotia.Methods 12 cases(16ears)including bilateral 4 cases 8 lateral cases(7 ears are type I wich cartilage isn’t covered by scalp,1 ear is type II witch cartilage is covered by scalp without obvious adhesion,4 ears are type II with helix adheres to scapha,and 4 ears are type II with helix adheres to triangular fossa)were corrected by unequal triangle advanced Z-plasty with hairline incision subcutaneous dissection method in our department from 2018 to 2021.Results I All corrected auricles 12 cases(16ears)were followed up from 3 months to 24 moths and got satisfied and stable appearance without flap necrosis,infection and recrudescence.Conclusion The shape of auricle is natural after operation,the method is simple and ideal for correction of cryptotia.
