摘要
目的观察超分子水杨酸联合强脉冲光(intense pulsed light,IPL)治疗玫瑰痤疮的疗效及安全性、复发率。方法回顾性分析首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院2018-2020年70例Ⅰ型及Ⅱ型玫瑰痤疮患者,分为三组,联合组、水杨酸组及IPL组。其中联合组采用超分子水杨酸联合强脉冲光治疗,水杨酸组及IPL组分别给予超分子水杨酸、强脉冲光治疗,每月治疗1次,共3次,治疗结束后比较各组疗效及不良反应、复发率情况,随访3个月。结果联合组有效率为96.00%(24/25)明显高于水杨酸组68.18%(15/22)及IPL组73.92%(17/23),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);各组均无严重不良反应发生率、复发率未见明显统计学差异。结论强脉冲光联合超分子水杨酸治疗Ⅰ型及Ⅱ型玫瑰痤疮的疗效较常规仅使用水杨酸或者IPL好,可进一步提升玫瑰痤疮的治疗效果,且安全性良好.
Objective To evaluate the efficacy,safety and recurrence rate of supramolecular salicylic acid combined with intense pulsed light(IPL)in the treatment of rosacea.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 70 patients with Type I and type II rosacea from 2018 to 2020 in Beijing You'an Hospital,who were divided into three groups:combined group,salicylic acid group and IPL group.The combined group was treated with supramolecular salicylic acid combined with intense pulsed light,and the salicylic acid group and IPL group were separately treated with supramolecular salicylic acid and intense pulsed light,once a month,3 times in total.After treatment,the efficacy,adverse reactions and recurrence rates of each group were compared and followed up for 3 months..Results The effective rate in combined group was 96.00%(24/25),which was significantly higher than that in salicylic acid group 68.18%(15/22)and IPL group 73.92%(17/23)separately,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of serious adverse reactions and recurrence rate among all groups Conclusion The efficacy of supramolecular salicylic acid combined with intense pulsed light in the treatment of type I and type II rosacea is better than that of conventional salicylic acid or IPL alone,which can further improve the therapeutic effect of rosacea with good safety.
