摘要
开发了一种防腐性能好、屏蔽性能高,可以用于矿下液压支架结构的环氧防腐涂料。通过一系列试验对环氧树脂的种类及纳米粉体用量进行了筛选,综合考虑涂膜物理性能、防腐性能以及经济性等多个因素,确定了液压支架用环氧防腐涂料的配方。
A kind of epoxy anticorrosive coatings with good anticorrosion and high shielding performance has been developed.It can be used for the structure of hydraulic support in coal mine.The effects of epoxy type and nanometer powder dosage on the properties of the coatings are investigated via a series of experiments.Meanwhile,taking the film anticorrosive performance,machanical properties and economic efficiency into account,the final formula of epoxy anticorrosive coatings for hydraulic support is obtained.
