摘要
为了提高水性膨胀型防火涂料膨胀炭层的强度和耐火性能,考察了钛白粉与不同增强填料对水性膨胀型防火涂料性能的影响。结果表明,钛白粉的加入可以提高水性膨胀型防火涂料的抗烧蚀性能;高岭土与氢氧化铝质量比为1:1的混合填料具有良好的协同阻燃效果;当钛白粉加入量为10%、高岭土与氢氧化铝质量比为1:1的混合填料的添加量为5%时,能够显著提高炭层强度与炭层状态,涂层的防火性能最佳。
In order to enhance the strength and fire resistance of the intumescent carbonized layer of the waterborne intumescent fire retardant coating,the effects of titanium dioxide and different reinforcing fillers on the performance of the waterborne intumescent fire-retardant coatings were investigated.The results showed that the addition of titanium dioxide improved the ablation resistance of the coatings.The mixed filler of kaolin and aluminum hydroxide at a mass ratio of 1:1 had a good synergistic flame retardant effect.The fire resistance of the coating was best and the strength of the carbonized layer could be significantly enhanced when the amount of titanium dioxide was 10%,and the amount of mixed filler at a mass ratio of kaolin and aluminum hydroxide of 1:1 was 5%.
