水性环氧砂浆对水性环氧防护体系的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 目前建筑中浇筑的钢筋混凝土,由于施工方式、工艺等原因导致在混凝土表面出现孔洞等缺陷,而传统的水泥砂浆或腻子填充修补方式,会使得上层装饰材料脱落或开裂。本研究制备了一种三组分水性环氧砂浆作为混凝土修补材料,与高强度腻子和面漆配套使用,提高体系附着力性能。研究了硅酸盐水泥标号、水性环氧树脂用量、石英砂粒径和水性环氧砂浆厚度对水性环氧防护体系的影响。综合考虑材料性能和经济性因素,最佳配方与工艺为:环氧水泥砂浆采用标号525水泥,选用粗砂,组分A和B之和为组分C的25%~40%(质量分数),最佳施工厚度为1~3 mm之间。 Due to the construction method,process and other reasons,holes and other defects might occur on the surface of the reinforced concrete surface.The traditional repair method using cement mortar or putty filler might cause the upper decorative materials to fall off or crack.In this paper,a three-component waterborne epoxy mortar has been developed as a concrete repair material,which is used with high strength putty and topcoat to improve the adhesion performance of the system.In addition,the effects of Portland cement grade,the amount of waterborne epoxy resin,the particle size of quartz sand and the thickness of waterborne epoxy mortar on the waterborne epoxy protective system are studied.Taking the material properties and economic factors into account,the best formula and technology are obtained:525 cement and coarse sand are used in epoxy cement mortar;The sum of components A and B was 25%-40%of component C,and the best construction thickness was 1-3mm.
