摘要
硅钢被广泛应用于电力行业,在实际工业应用中通常在硅钢表面涂覆绝缘涂层。含六价铬的绝缘涂层应用广泛,但同时也对环境造成了严重污染,因而已经被严格限制使用。开展无铬绝缘涂层的研究势在必行。重点介绍了有机绝缘涂层、半无机绝缘涂层和无机绝缘涂层3种硅钢用无铬绝缘涂层的研究进展,简述了绝缘涂层的制备工艺,总结了现阶段环保型绝缘涂层所存在的问题,并对其未来发展进行了展望。
Silicon steel has been widely used in the power industry.In practical industrial applications,insulating coatings are usually coated on the surface of silicon steel sheets.Insulating coatings containing hexavalent chromium have been extensivly used.However,hexavalent chromium causes serious pollution to the environment.Therefore,the insulating coatings containing hexavalent chromium have been stricktly restricted and the development of chromium-free insulating coatings becomes imperative.In this article,the progress in three kinds of chromium-free insulating coatings for silicon steels including organic insulating coatings,semi-inorganic insulating coatings and inorganic insulating coatings was mainly introduced.The preparation process of the insulation coating was described.The current problems and future development of the environmental friendly insulating coatings were also described.
