摘要
本实验通过改变测试气流量、测试面积,分析两个试验参数对平面口罩通气性能的影响。实验结果证明,30L/min、85L/min两种条件下,样品的通气阻力、压力差的变化趋势基本保持一致。在85L/min条件下,随着夹具测试面积S减小,样品的过滤效率测试结果Z表现出正向减小趋势,而通气阻力Vr出现反向增大趋势。实验对一次性平面口罩总压力差、中间层熔喷布和内外层纺粘布的压力差,以及熔喷布克重、厚度分别进行了测试,实验结果显示,中间层熔喷布主要决定了通气性能的优劣,而熔喷布层的克重、厚度参数与压力差并无显著关系。
In this experiment, the influence of two test parameters on the ventilation performance of disposable surgical masks was analyzed by changing the test air flow and test area. The experimental results showed that the variation trend of ventilation resistance and pressure difference of the samples was basically consistent under the conditions of 30 L/min and 85 L/min. Moreover, under the condition of 85 L/min, with the decrease of fixture test area S, the test result Z of these sample filter efficiency showed a positive decreasing trend, while the ventilation resistance Vr showed a reverse increasing trend. Experiments respectively tested the total pressure difference, the pressure difference between the middle layer tier melt-blown fabric and the inner and outer spunbond, as well as the gram weight and thickness of tier melt-blown fabric of disposable surgical masks. The experimental results showed that the middle tier melt-blown fabric mainly determines the ventilation performance, while the gram weight and thickness parameters of tier melt-blown fabric had no significant relationship with the pressure difference.
