构建可追溯特种设备施工信息网络告知管理模式的思考

Thoughts on Construction Information Network Management Mode of Traceable Special Equipment

文中基于特种设备信息化管理的日益完善和大数据的广泛应用,结合特种设备施工信息网络告知与监督检验、使用登记衔接和移装设备信息追溯的管理需要,分析了当前特种设备施工信息告知管理存在的主要问题,围绕账号便捷获取、监管系统默认签收、分类多渠道设备获取、大数据校验修改信息等方面,提出构建操作便捷、分类监管、信息可追溯的特种设备施工信息网络告知管理模式,以进一步优化营商环境。

Based on the increasing improvement of special equipment information management and the wide application of big data,combined with the management needs of special equipment construction information network notification and supervision and inspection,connection of use registration and traceability of moved equipment information,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the current special equipment construction information notification management.Focusing on the convenient acquisition of account number,the default signing in of supervision system,the acquisition of classified multi-channel equipment,and the modification of big data verification information,this paper proposes to build a special equipment construction information network notification management mode with convenient operation,classified supervision and traceable information,so as to further optimize the business environment.
