摘要 由于传统方法优化小型泵站全生命周期管理不能有效解决设计阶段不协同、施工工序间逻辑错误等问题,导致泵站工程成本得不到有效控制,特此研究基于BIM技术的小型泵站全生命周期优化方法。提取小型泵站全生命周期管理特点,掌握泵站工程管理难点,基于BIM技术构建建筑信息模型,针对小型泵站在设计、施工、调试与运维等全生命周期,采用数字化移交技术进行优化研究。实验结果表明,与传统方法相比,本方法在小型泵站全生命周期中,工程成本节省了46.8万元,能够有效控制成本,工程管理效果较好。 Because the traditional method of optimizing the whole life cycle management of small pump stations cannot effectively solve the problems such as non-coordination in the design stage and logical errors between construction processes,the project cost of pump stations cannot be effectively controlled.This paper studies the whole life cycle optimization method of small pump stations based on BIM technology.Extract the whole life cycle management characteristics of small pump stations,master the difficulties of pump station project management,build a building information model based on BIM technology,and optimize the whole life cycle of small pump stations in design,construction,commissioning,operation and maintenance by using digital handover technology.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional method,this method saves 468000 yuan in the whole life cycle of small pump station,can effectively control the cost,and has better project management effect.
