高职院校毕业生本地化就业的影响因素及对策分析——以日照市驻地高职院校为研究范围

Analysis on Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Localiza tion Employment of Vocational College Graduates-Taking the Higher Vocational Colleges in Rizhao City as Research Objects

职业教育与区域经济发展紧密关联,服务区域经济发展是职业教育最基本的职责和职能。为区域经济发展培养、输送大批高素质技术技能人才,是职业教育服务区域经济发展的直接体现,同时也是优化职业教育类型、增强职业教育适应性的关键。以日照市驻地高职院校为研究范围,对高职院校毕业生就业渠道选择、就业地域选择及影响因素进行实证调研,针对提高高职院校毕业生本地化就业,从驻地、院校和学生3个角度提出对策。

Vocational education is closely related to regional economic development,whose basic responsibility and function is servicing the regional economic development.Cultivating a large number of high-quality technical skill talents for the regional economic development is direct embodiment of servicing the regional economic development,which is also the key to optimize vocational education type and strengthen adaptability of vocational education.This paper takes the resident higher vocational colleges in Rizhao as the research scope,conducts an empirical investigation on the employment channel selection and employment region selection and the influencing factors of vocational college graduates,and puts forward countermeasures from the three perspectives to improve the local employment of vocational college graduates.
