摘要
为了解消毒剂对活病毒的消杀效果,本研究利用伪狂犬病病毒与非洲猪瘟病毒理化特征的相似性,以伪狂犬病病毒野毒株作为模拟感染毒株,以细胞和小鼠作为感染宿主建立了消毒剂评估模型,并分别对四类消毒剂的最低有效浓度、最少消杀时间、干扰物的影响(油脂、蛋白和血清)、高温和低温等纬度建立了活病毒消杀效果的评估方法。结果显示:戊二醛类消毒剂性价比最高,但所需消杀时间较长,受低温和干扰物的影响严重;过硫酸氢钾复合物粉不受低温影响,但会受到血清和蛋白质的干扰;复合液体酸化剂消杀所需时间仅需1 min,不受温度和干扰物的影响。以上结果表明,不同类的消毒剂在疫病防控中有不同的适用条件。
In order to better understand the efficacy of market disinfectants for killing live viruses,we developed disinfectant evaluation models with cells and mice as hosts respectively.Based on the similarity of physical and chemical characteristics between PRV and ASFV,this study used a pseudorabies wild virus strain as simulated infection strain and cells and mice as hosts.The methods for evaluating the efficacy of live virus sterilization were developed on the lowest effective concentration of four disinfectants,minimum killing time,effects of interferents (oil,protein and serum),high and low temperatures.The results showed that glutaraldehyde disinfectants had the highest performance-to-price ratio but it took a long time and was seriously affected by low temperature and interfering substances.Potassium persulfate complex powder was not affected by low temperature but disturbed by serum and protein.The killing time of compound liquid acidifier was only one minute and was not affected by temperature and interference.These results indicated that different disinfectants had varying applicable conditions in the prevention and control of epidemic disease.
