摘要
外泌体(exosomes)是大多数细胞由内吞途径产生并且分泌的小囊泡。这些小囊泡大小均一,直径在40~200 nm。外泌体被认为是调节细胞间传递的重要纳米载体。在节肢动物领域,研究者已经发现外泌体在传播病毒、信号调节等方面有着重要的作用。因此,关于节肢动物外泌体的研究已成为一个新兴领域,这也为节肢动物的研究带来新的契机。
Exosomes are small vesicles that are produced and secreted by most cells through an endocytic pathway.These vesicles are uniform in size and about 40-200 nm in diameter.Exosomes are considered as important nanocarriers between cellular information transfer and regulation.In the arthropod area,researchers have found that exosomes play important roles in virus transmission,signal regulation and other aspects.Therefore,research on arthropod exosomes has become a new field and will bring new opportunities for arthropod research.
