摘要
介绍了小卫星研制模式从单星研制到多星并行研制的发展历程,以及与此发展历程相适应的总装技术从手工作业为主到大量应用自动化、数字化技术的发展过程。论述了小卫星总装技术。小卫星研制初期,建设了基本的卫星总装工艺设计、总装设施、专业技术检测等条件,以及以人工操作为主的总装作业方法;针对多星并行生产需求,将总装验收、总装实施、总装检测进行了全面的自动化升级,提升总装效率和质量,建设数字化工艺系统和信息化管控系统,打通设计、工艺、操作的信息沟通渠道,实现总装全流程的数据管理和存储。针对未来小卫星批量化生产的需求,对基于批量化柔性生产线的小卫星总装技术进行分析和展望,为我国未来小卫星批量化生产探索方向。
The development of small satellite manufacturing mode is introduced in this paper.The manufacturing mode of small satellites has experienced from single satellite to simultaneously multiple satellites,and the assembly technology transformation from manual work to the massive application of automatic and digital technology is introduced.The supporting conditions for satellite assembly process design,assembly implementation and the tests after assembling was established at the beginning of small satellite development,and most of implementations are manual.Aiming to the demand of producing multiple satellites simultaneously,a lot of improvement was made,including the automatic updating of acceptance,assembling and testing;the communication channel between designers,craftsmen and assemblers was connected via several digital process systems;the data of the whole assemble process is managed and stored in the AIT integrated control system.Aimed to the demand of future massive satellite assembly,the small satellite assembly technology based on flexible production line is analyzed and prospected in this paper.This paper explores the direction for the future massive production of small satellites in China.
