摘要
为适应小卫星低成本、短周期特点的敏捷研制生产总体思路,在传统小卫星研制产品保证管理经验的基础上,总结凝练出“面向敏捷研制的全过程产品保证管理”的质量管理模式,通过质量数据信息化、基于模型的系统工程(MBSE)设计、卫星软件敏捷开发、生产基线管理、总装的批量化、精益生产管控方法、敏捷测试方法,以及敏捷在轨故障容限设计方法等质量技术和管理措施,实现了数字化研制、信息化管理、模块化设计、自动化生产的质量管理能力,为保证低成本、短周期小卫星顺利研制发挥了作用。
To adapt to the low-cost,short-period characteristics of the overall idea of small sate ̄llites’agile development,the full-process product assurance management based on agile development model is summarized on the basis of previous product assurance management experience.Through informatization,the MBSE(model-based system engineering),software agile development,production baseline management,assembly mass production,lean production,agile testing,on-orbit false tolerance and other methods,the quality management capabilities of digital development,information management,modular design and automated production are implemented.The proposed product assurance management model has played an important role in ensuring the smooth development of low-cost and short-period satellites.
