According to the general demands of the construction of the Communist Party of China with Chinese characteristics in the new era,leadership political construction on all levels was put in such a significant position as the key to implementing the road,guideline and policy of the Communist Party of China,accumulating the power of the Communist Party of China and achieving the targets of the Communist Party of China.Grassroots leadership political construction in the new era is a systematic project,which must be guided by the general demands of the construction of the Communist Party of China,which must be developed with the combination of political ideal,political determination,political standpoint,political life,political discipline and political capability,which must be promoted under the demands of study-oriented leadership,service-oriented leadership,innovation-oriented leadership and solidarity-oriented leadership,thus practical effects can be achieved.
