高山峡谷区大型水电站库岸滑坡失稳机理与风险管理研究 被引量:3

摘要 库岸滑坡是水利水电工程一种常见的地质灾害,其滑坡失稳机理与风险管理是一项系统而复杂的工作。该文从风险管理的角度出发,系统总结了大渡河某水电站库岸边坡坍塌与滑坡地质灾害风险管理经验,分析了某大型岩质滑坡失稳机理,提出了“建立综合智能监测预警系统,应急管理与永久治理方案设计同步开展”的综合防治措施,并应用于大型滑坡体的风险管理。结果表明,该滑坡体的综合防治措施是有效的,因多措并举综合施策,既实现了安全稳定目标,又为滑坡体的永久治理与及早结束滑坡不安全状态争取了宝贵时间。该大型滑坡从出现变形迹象到整体滑移失稳时间短,在水库库岸滑坡案例中极具代表性,其地质灾害风险管理的经验具有指导意义与推广价值,可为类似水利水电工程滑坡地质灾害风险管理提供借鉴。 Reservoir bank landslide is a common geological hazard in water conservancy and hydropower projects,the landslide instability mechanism and risk management are a systematic and complex work.The risk management experience of the slope collapse and reservoir bank landslide geological disaster of a hydropower station in Dadu River is systematically summarized from the perspective of risk management,meanwhile,a large rock landslide instability mechanism is analyzed,the comprehensive control measures is put forward of the building a comprehensive intelligent monitoring and early warning system,synchronized carrying out emergency management and permanent control scheme design synchronization,which is applied to the large landslide risk management.The results show that the comprehensive control measures of the landslide are effective,which not only achieves the goal of safety and stability,but also obtains valuable time for permanent governance and ending the unsafe state of landslide.This large-scale landslide has a short time from deformation signs to overall slip instability.It is very representative in reservoir bank landslide cases,and the experience of geological hazard risk management has guiding significance and popularizing value,which can accumulate experience for landslide risk management of the similar hydropower station engineering.
