连续流动分析仪中阴离子表面活性剂检测模块的常见故障分析 被引量:2

摘要 用连续流动法测定阴离子表面活性剂具有灵敏度高、精密度高、准确度高、省时省力等优点,因其解决了传统手工法的分析步骤繁琐、耗时长、氯仿等试剂消耗量多、危害人员健康和环境等问题,受到越来越多的青睐。但是,连续流动分析仪精细化程度较高,涉及的管路和试剂较多,随着仪器使用时间的增加,仪器会出现不同程度的故障。该文结合现有SKALAR连续流动分析仪中阴离子表面活性剂检测模块的日常检测工作步骤,从开机、检测分析、数据处理3个步骤对检测过程中常见故障及其原因和解决方案进行分析总结,可供类似检测工作参考。 Continuous flow method for the determination of anionic surfactants has the advantages of high sensitivity,high precision,high accuracy,time saving and labor saving,because it solves the traditional manual method of analysis steps cumbersome,time-consuming,chloroform and other reagent consumption,harm to human health and the environment and other problems,is more and more favored.However,the continuous flow analyzer has a high degree of refinement,which involves more pipelines and reagents.with the increase of instrument use time,the instrument will appear different degrees of failure.In this paper,based on the daily detection steps of anionic surfactant detection module in the existing SKALAR continuous flow analyzer,the common faults and their causes and solutions in the detection process are summarized and analyzed from the three steps of startup,detection and analysis and data processing,so as to provide reference for the detection compatriots.
