摘要
为适应新时代我省水利人才工作新定位、新任务,针对我省水利行业人才发展面临的问题,深入学习领悟《广东省新时代水利人才发展创新行动和干部教育培训实施方案(2020—2022年)》有关要求,从水利人才队伍基本情况,建立科学的水利人才职称评价机制,完善水利人才培训体系和拓宽水利人才成长空间三方面,探讨新时期广东水利人才队伍的建设。
In order to adapt to the new orientation and new tasks of water conservancy talent work in Guangdong Province in the new era,in view of the problems faced by the talent development of water conservancy industry in our province,and in combination with the guiding opinions of the implementation plan of water conservancy talent development and innovation action and cadre education and training in Guangdong Province in the new era(2020-2022),a scientific title evaluation mechanism for water conservancy talents is established from the basic situation of water conservancy talent team,This paper discusses the construction of water conservancy talent team in Guangdong in the new period from three aspects:improving the water conservancy talent training system and broadening the growth space of water conservancy talents.
