摘要
在城市道路的建设实践中,主干路的功能定位在干线道路和集散道路之间游移,导致其在设计标准选取和时空资源分配上的错配,影响其交通功能充分发挥。根据所承担的交通功能,将主干路分为交通性主干路和一般主干路2类。对承担干线道路功能的交通性主干路,根据服务对象和交通流特性采取针对性的设计策略。在城市干线道路网中,交通性主干路定位为快速路的有效替代和有益补充,采用相对灵活的设计标准和多样的敷设形式,以平衡功能需求与建设条件、工程造价等方面的限制。交叉节点是交通性主干路运行效率的关键,交叉节点设计的目标是提高直行交通连续程度和转向交通转换效率。充分考虑公共交通和慢行交通的功能复合,服务各类交通参与者。一般主干路则属于集散道路范畴,设计要求和设计方法与次干路无本质差别。
In the construction practice of urban roads,the function of main trunk roads moves between trunk roads&distribution roads,resulting in the mismatch in the selection of design standards and the allocation of spacetime resources,affecting the full play of their traffic functions.According to the traffic functions undertaken,trunk roads are divided into traffic trunk roads&general trunk roads.For the traffic trunk roads that undertake the function of trunk roads,targeted design strategies shall be adopted according to their service objects and traffic flow characteristics.In the urban trunk road network,the traffic trunk road is positioned as an effective alternative&benefi c i a l supplement to the expressway,and relatively flexible design standards&various laying forms are adopted to balance the functional requirements with the restrictions of construction conditions&project cost.Intersection node is the key to the operation efficiency of traffic trunk road.The goal of intersection node design is to improve the continuity of through traffic&the conversion efficiency of turning traffic.Fully consider the functional combination of public transport and slow traffic to serve all kinds of traffic participants.General trunk roads belong to the category of distribution roads,and the design requirements&design methods are not fundamentally different from those of secondary trunk roads.
