食品专业课程思政的探索与实践——以“食品工艺学”为例 被引量:5

摘要 为实现高校全员、全程、全方位育人,将课程思政融入专业课教学中,发挥课程思政的育人功能,以食品专业核心课程“食品工艺学”为例,围绕课程教学目标深入挖掘思政元素,探索实现课程思政教育目标的有效途径,达到更好的育人效果。同时,也总结了自课程思政教学改革实施以来取得的成果,为其他专业融入课程思政提供了借鉴。 In order to realize the whole staff,whole process and all-round education in colleges,the ideological and political education of the course is integrated into the teaching of professional courses to give full play to the educational function of ideological and political education.This paper took the core course of Food Technology as an example,explored the effective ways to realize the goal of ideological and political education,so as to achieve better education effect.At the same time,it also summarized the achievements made since the implementation of the ideological and political teaching reform,which provided reference for other majors to integrate into the curriculum ideological and political education.
