新工科视域下地方师范院校工科大学生工匠精神培育现状与路径——以湖州师范学院为例

Research on the Current Situation and Paths of Cultivating Engineering Students’Craftsmanship Spirit in Local Normal Universitiesfrom the Perspective of New Engineering——A Case Study of Huzhou University

以湖州师范学院为例,通过问卷调查法对新工科建设背景下地方师范院校工科大学生工匠精神培育现状及存在问题进行研究,并从教育内容、教育方式、教育主体、教育载体、教育环境等方面提出具体的解决路径,旨在将工匠精神的培育融入教育各环节,以满足地方师范院校工科专业办学定位和发展需要,促进工科应用型人才培养和区域经济发展.

Taking Huzhou University as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems in cultivating engineering students’craftsmanship spirit in local normal universities under the background of new engineering construction through questionnaire survey,and puts forward specific solutions from the aspects of education content,education mode,education subject,education carrier,education environment,etc.It aims to integrate the cultivation of craftsman spirit into all aspects of education,so as to meet the educational orientation and development needs of engineering specialty in local normal universities and promote the cultivation of applied engineering talents and regional economic development.
