护理硕士专业学位研究生“三位一体”实践教学体系的构建——以湖州师范学院为例

摘要 湖州师范学院自2011年以来积极探索护理硕士专业学位研究生培养模式,基于能力本位教育、小组团队学习和多方协同培养的原则,成功构建课内实践教学、课外实践实训、临床实践训练“三位一体”的护理硕士专业学位研究生实践教学体系,实现课内教学与课外实践、科研训练与临床转化的深度融合.该体系充分体现了护理硕士专业学位的实践性和应用性,运行后成效显著,培养了一批国家特需人才,产生了省内外重要影响,获得了主流媒体的广泛关注. Huzhou University has actively explored the training model for graduates of master of nursing specialist since 2011.Based on the principles of competence-based education,group learning and multilateral collaborative training,Huzhou University has successfully constructed the in-class practice teaching,extracurricular practice training,and the practical teaching system for graduates of master of nursing specialist of clinical practice training“trinity system”,realizing the deep integration of classroom teaching and extracurricular practice,scientific research training and clinical transformation.The system fully embodies the practicality and applicability of master of nursing specialist,and has achieved remarkable results after operation.It helps to cultivate a number of national talents with special needs,form an important influence inside and outside the province,and obtain extensive attention from mainstream media.
