载顺铂的磁性纳米药物体系的制备及其抗肺癌活性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:制备载顺铂的磁性纳米药物体系,并考察其体外抗肺癌活性。方法:采用化学共沉淀法制备Fe3O4磁纳米粒子,并进行包硅、氨基功能化,装载抗肿瘤药物顺铂;采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电镜(TEM)以及振动样品磁力计(VSM)对载药磁纳米颗粒进行物理表征,并通过紫外分光光度计测定载药量和包封率;最后采用CCK8检测磁性纳米载体的细胞毒性,流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡情况。结果:载顺铂的磁纳米药物体系呈球形,平均粒径250 nm,且具有较好的顺磁性,载药量为6.18%,包封率为60.12%;对小鼠肺癌细胞的半抑制浓度为75.36μg/mL,能显著诱导细胞凋亡。结论:载顺铂的磁性纳米药物体系可有效抑制小鼠肺癌细胞的生长。
