摘要
职业使命感对于促进师范生专业成长意义重大,客观评价师范生职业使命感的目的是增强师范生职业发展的动力。以辽宁省S大学319名学前教育专业师范生为调查对象,通过问卷调查、访谈等方式,对师范生的职业使命感现状进行调查。结果显示:目前学前教育专业师范生职业使命感整体处于中等偏上水平,同时受到生源类型、专业课成绩排名、入学原因等因素的显著影响。
The sense of career mission is significant for promoting teacher-training students’professional growth and improving the quality of kindergarten teachers.Objective evaluation of teacher-training students’sense of career mission is the prerequisite for improving teacher-training students’sense of career mission.The current situation of teacher-training students’sense of career mission was investigated by questionnaires and interviews with 319 teacher-training students majoring in preschool education of S University in Liaoning Province.The results showed that the overall sense of career mission of the current teacher-training students majoring in preschool education was in the middle to the upper level.At the same time,it was significantly influenced by different sources of students,ranking of professional course grades,and reasons for enrollment.
