大直径桩基钢筋笼螺旋箍施工技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 对于高层房屋建筑工程,虽然存在大直径桩基的施工,但是桩基础工程量较小。如果大直径钢筋笼在工厂采用专用设备进行加工,施工成本较高且会影响施工进度。本文以悦来会展中心北辰项目的大直径桩基础工程施工为例,研究了在现有条件下大直径钢筋笼螺旋箍筋的制作加工技术,提出了采用钢筋弯曲机和创新设计的大直径螺旋箍筋加工模具来完成桩基钢筋笼的制作,既能确保质量满足设计要求又能保证正常的施工进度,为类似条件下的工程提供参考。 For the construction of high-rise buildings,although there are large-diameter pile foundations,the pile foundation works are relatively small.If the large-diameter steel cage is processed in the factory with special equipment,the construction cost is higher and the construction progress will be affected.This paper takes the large-diameter pile foundation construction of the Beichen project of Yuelai Convention and Exhibition Center as an example,studies the manufacturing and processing technology of large-diameter steel cage spiral stirrups under existing conditions.It is proposed to use a steel bending machine and an innovatively designed large-diameter spiral stirrup processing mold to complete the production of the pile foundation steel cage,which can not only ensure that the quality meets the design requirements but also ensure the normal construction progress.It provides references for projects under similar conditions.
