随着建筑业不断更新与发展,对质量、工期、成本的要求越来越严格,本文着重阐述基础施工阶段如何平衡临建与永久结构施工冲突的问题,主要从加快工期、节约成本角度出发,同时兼顾施工质量。

With the continuous renewal and development of the construction industry,the requirements for quality,construction period and cost are more and more strict.This paper focuses on how to balance the conflict between temporary construction and permanent structure construction in the foundation construction stage,mainly from the perspective of speeding up the construction period and saving costs,while taking into account the construction quality.
