现代人口老龄化背景下社区养老问题的研究及思考

Research and Thoughts on theIssue of Community Pension under the Background of Modern Population Aging

进入21世纪,我国老龄化问题越发突出,呈现老龄人口基数大、速度快等特征,养老问题成为当今社会关注的焦点。而随着独生子女政策的发布,现代家庭普遍存在两位年轻人承担四位或者六位老人的抚养压力。传统家庭养老使子女压力过大,机构养老也面临着种种等问题。日本与我国有着相似的传统,而且是目前世界上人口老龄化最为严重的国家之一。本文通过分析日本社区养老模式的优势并结合我国养老现状所存在的问题,提出优化我国城市社区养老模式发展的思路。

In the 21st century,China’s aging problem has become more and more prominent,showing the characteristics of a large and fast aging population,and the issue of elderly care has become the focus of attention in today’s society.With the promulgation of the one-child policy,two young people generally bear the pressure of raising four or six elderly people in modern families.Traditional family care for the elderly puts too much pressure on children,and institutional care for the elderly also faces various problems.Japan and my country have similar traditions,and it is also the country with the most aging population in the world.This paper analyzes the advantages of the Japanese community elderly care model and combines the existing problems of the current situation of the elderly in my country,and proposes ideas for optimizing the development of the urban community elderly care model in my country.
