超高层复合式酒店功能流线及其相关设计--成都龙之梦酒店项目设计的思考

Super-High-Rise Complex Hotel Functional Streamline and Related Design-Thought on Project Design of Chengdu Longemont Hotel

城市中心用地日趋紧张的局势催生超高层建设,超高层建筑往往面积较大,超过单个酒店面积需求,功能复杂且多酒店集合的复合式酒店应运而生。本文结合成都龙之梦酒店案例,梳理了复合式酒店超高层建筑中的功能布局及流线设计,初步厘清设计中各动线独立运行与交叉通过的方法。

The increasingly tense situation of land use in urban centers has given rise to super-high-rise construction.Super-high-rise buildings often occupy larger area,exceeding the area requirements of a single hotel,and complex hotels with complex functions and multiple hotel collections have emerged accordingly.Based on the example of Chengdu Longemont Hotel,this article sorts out the functional layout and streamline design of super-high-rise buildings in a complex hotel,and preliminarily clarifies the method of independent operation and cross-passing of each streamline in the design.
