一种排洪卧管的施工工艺研究

摘要 在排洪卧管的施工过程中,常采用人工滑轨支模的方法进行排洪卧管内支模,采用这种施工工艺会因管道内部空间小而导致支模效率低,且模板易发生变形。同时因砼浇筑体为封闭的圆形,且钢筋密度大,振捣难度大,卧管内表面容易因振捣不充分而形成蜂窝麻面等质量通病。为解决以上问题,本文介绍一种新型液压台车进行排洪卧管施工的方法,以供广大同人参考。 In the construction process of flood discharge horizontal pipe,the method of manual sliding rail formwork is often used to support the internal formwork of flood discharge horizontal pipe.Due to the small internal space of the pipe,by using this construction technology,the formwork efficiency is low and the formwork is prone to deformation.At the same time,because the concrete pouring body is a closed circle,and the steel bar density is large,the concrete vibration is difficult,and the inner surface of the horizontal pipe is easy to form honeycomb and pockmarked surface due to insufficient vibration.In order to solve the above problems,a new type of hydraulic trolley is used for flood discharge horizontal pipe construction,providing reference for colleagues.
