新型木质复合工字梁腹板剪切性能的研究

摘要 腹板是木工字梁的重要组成部分,且主要受剪应力作用。对胶合板、OSB和刨花板三种腹板材料,采用双轨剪切试验结果显示:①三种腹板破坏形式为沿着剪切面发生剪切破坏,端头部位有上下错动,胶合板表面发生微微褶皱,OSB板表面区域内隆起发鼓状,刨花板表面发生撕裂,裂纹贯穿上下板面;②当密度一定时,三种腹板抗剪强度大小顺序为:胶合板(8.4MPa)>OSB(7.4MPa)>刨花板(5.7MPa);③当腹板厚度一定时,刨花板的抗剪强度随着密度的增大而增大,并且成正比增大。 The web is an important part of the wooden I-beam,and it is mainly subjected to shear stress.For the three web materials of plywood,OSB and particle board,the results of the double-track shear test show that:①The failure mode of three web materials is shear failure along the shear plane,and the end parts have up-down displacements,and the plywood surface has slight wrinkles,the OSB board surface area is raised and bulging,the particle board surface is torn,and the crack penetrates the upper and lower board surfaces;②When the density is constant,the order of the shear strength of three web materials is:plywood(8.4 MPa)>OSB(7.4 MPa)>particle board(5.7 MPa);③When the thickness of the web is constant,the shear strength of the particle board increases with the increase of the density,and it increases proportionally.
