在我国工业文明的发展进程中,化石能源起到不可替代的支撑作用,但与此同时,带来的还有愈发严重的环境污染,以及明显的气候变化,对人类的生存与未来发展产生重要影响。本文以碳中和目标下电能替代的发展战略为核心,分析碳中和的目标与涉及的主要领域,阐述这一目标下电能领域与能源结构发生的转变,总结电能替代的发展战略及其重点挖掘领域。

In the development process of industrial civilization in China,fossil energy has played an irreplaceable supporting role,but at the same time,it has brought more serious environmental pollution,as well as obvious climate change,which will affect the survival and future development of mankind.This article takes the development strategy of electric energy substitution under the goal of carbon neutrality as the core,analyzes the goal of carbon neutrality and the main areas involved,expounds the transformation of the electric energy field and energy structure under this goal,and summarizes the development strategy and key areas of electric energy substitution.
