摘要
本文采用有限元方法模拟了车削过程中工件与刀具的应力分布与温度分布,结果表明车削温度远高于工件与刀具的温度,应力在车削、刀具和工件中的分布大致相同。
This article uses the finite element method to simulate the stress distribution and temperature distribution of the workpiece and the cutting tool in the turning process.The results show that the temperature of the turning is much higher than that of the workpiece and the cutting tool,and the stress distribution in the turning,the cutting tool and the workpiece is roughly the same.
