摘要
本文从智能产线实际工作要求出发,设计了一种通过高度检测装置,实现次品分拣的自动控制系统。该系统利用西门子S7-1200作为控制器,对物料的高度进行判别,控制气动装置把不符合高度要求的次品剔除,直流电机拖动的传送装置把满足高度要求的正品送到下站进行加工处理。这样提高了分拣精准性,还可以提高企业生产线的效率。
Based on the actual work requirements of the intelligent production line,this article designs an automatic control system that realizes the sorting of defective products through a height detection device.This system uses Siemens S7-1200 as the controller to judge the height of materials,the gas-operated controlling device may reject the defective products that do not meet the height requirements,and the transporter driven by direct current machine may deliver the qualified products that meet the height requirements to the next station for processing.This improves the accuracy of sorting and can also improve the efficiency of the enterprise’s production line.
